Online Courses

 

By signing up to Online Courses, coaching or any of our services, you agree to take full responsibility for your self-study and understand that there is no 1-1 coaching with Esta. You also agree that this course is in no way to be construed as or substituted for psychological counselling or any other type or therapy or medical advice. Please note for any online courses there is no refund.

 

1:1 Coaching

 

In the spirit of good practise, when you are purchasing coaching services from me I ask you to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below and that you wish to proceed.

 

All coaching services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Esta as well as information on this website femalemagik.org are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be preventing you from experiencing greater well-being and moving forward. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. As I see it coaching is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed.

 

The term ‘coaching’ as here used covers life coaching, personal coaching, executive coaching and business coaching for clients.

 

Esta is continually striving to ensure the standard of service she provides to its clients remains excellent. At the end of the coaching process, or series of coaching sessions, the client will be asked to complete a feedback form

 

The coaching schedule will be arranged between Esta and the client and can be booked up to 3 months in advance. Esta will recommend the frequency of coaching sessions based on a professional assessment of the client’s requirements. This recommendation, or plan, is not binding and may be altered and adjusted throughout the coaching journey by mutual agreement, in accordance with the terms set out in this agreement.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITY

*Your Coach will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes

*You are responsible for the cause of all change in your life.

*Your Coach will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options and advise based on their own personal experience, training and the information appropriate.

*You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action

*You as Client, by signing this Coaching Agreement agree and acknowledge that the Coach is not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, health or legal professional.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your Coach will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your express consent. You, of course are free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.

** If you are a parent signing up for the Teenage Whisperer, Esta and yourself will come to an agreement of communication before any coaching sessions start.

 

SCHEDULING

All Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement and full payment. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive reply) via email. If you do not reschedule before 48hrs of notice you will not be able to reschedule and there will not be a refund. 

 

TASKING

Tasks are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results. The client takes full responsibility to complete tasks set. If tasks are not complete, it may hinder the clients progress.

CATCH UP TIME

Booking our accountability call can be done either via email or through our booking service.

Notice of cancellation

All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to estasuma@gmail.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by Esta. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows.

Terms of Coaching

The Coaching Programs are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing Coaching for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer.

Suspending Membership

Is not possible after your program is in progress.

Coaching Calls

Telephone calls with your Coach during your membership are at the Client’s expense, and initiated by the Client.

Program Changes

The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

 

Intellectual Property

All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

Indemnification

You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business or investment actions.

Agreement Section

​

By entering into a Coaching Agreement either through signing a Coaching Agreement with Esta Suma or paying any amount to your mindset Coach, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
